What To Bring

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

  • Blankets
  • Beach towels
  • Prescription medicine (in a marked bottle with proper matching ID)
  • Non-professional & personal cameras (NO professional cameras or recording devices)
  • GoPros
  • One (1) sealed or completely empty water bottle up to 2 liters in size. Unsealed bottles will be checked upon entry through security to ensure they are empty.
  • Clear Resuable Vinyl or PVC Bags (Maximum Size 12″x6″x12″)
  • Small Clutch Bags (About the size of a hand, does not need to be clear, max size 4.5″x6.5″)
  • Hydration Packs (sometimes known as Camelbaks), but they must be empty and not have pockets
  • Medically necessary bags and diaper bags will not need to be clear
  • No plastic/grocery shopping bags will be permitted
  • Cell phones and portable chargers/external batteries
  • Sealed sunscreen lotion (inspected upon entry)
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats
  • Fanny packs
  • Personal size Hand Sanitizer (no larger than 3.4oz)

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • NO alcohol
  • NO noise makers, horns, whistles, musical instruments, or boom boxes
  • NO beach chairs (of any kind)
  • NO plastic sipper bottles, glass bottles or glass containers
  • NO potential projectiles, frisbees, footballs, etc.
  • NO non-transparent backpacks
  • NO camcorders, professional cameras, or recording devices
  • NO tripods, cameras with detachable lenses, or other commercial uses
  • NO cans, coolers of any size, ice chests, picnic baskets, thermoses
  • NO wallets with chains
  • NO inflatables
  • NO umbrellas
  • NO tents or large chairs
  • NO weapons of any kind
  • NO baby strollers or small wagons for toddlers
  • NO fireworks or explosives
  • NO illegal drugs or illicit substances of any kind
  • NO outside food & drink
  • NO animals (with the exception of pre-approved service animals)
  • NO skateboards, bicycles, motorized vehicles or scooters
  • NO selfie sticks of any kind
  • NO drones (with or without cameras) or any unmanned flying vehicle
  • NO laser pointers
  • NO paint, sharpies or permanent markers
  • NO items to obstruct other fan’s views (kites, flag poles, large signs, etc)

Q: What time does Audacy Beach Festival start & end each day?

A: Saturday & Sunday will be full days of music! On both Saturday & Sunday, gates open at 12pm and the show ends at 10pm. Times are subject to change.

Q: Will set times get posted in advance?
A: Yes, set times will be available the week of the festival. Stay tuned!

Q: Is there a lost and found?

Q: Can I see a festival map ahead of time?
A: Yes. A 2022 festival map showing our stage locations, food, bathrooms, etc will be available soon.

Q: Where is the closest airport?
A: The nearest airport is Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), 320 Terminal Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.

Q: Is re-entry allowed?
A: No, there is no re-entry once admitted into the festival.

Q: What is the camera policy?
A: Professional video cameras are not permitted. (Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass.)

Q: Is there access to the ocean?
A: No, Audacy Beach Festival attendees will not be allowed to enter the ocean while inside our festival grounds.

Q: Is the Audacy Beach Festival area handicap accessible?
A: Yes, there is an accessible viewing area and handicap bathrooms.

Q: Can I volunteer to work Audacy Beach Festival?
A: We do not accept volunteers. 

Q: What’s Included in VIP?

Q: Do you have Hotel suggestions?

Q: Will any roads be closed?
A: Nope, no roads will be closed.

Q: Will there be food and drink available for purchase?
A: Yes! There will be plenty of food and drink options in our #BiteMe Food Court. We will also have vegetarian and vegan options available.

Q: Will there be ATM machines?
A: No. Please plan accordingly.

Q: Are kids allowed?
A: Absolutely! The Audacy Beach Festival is All Ages. Plus, all kids 2 and under get in for FREE! Any child over the age of 2 will require a regular purchased ticket.

Q: Is there seating at the festival?
A: There are no seats at the festival, but you are allowed to bring your own beach blankets and towels. No Beach Chairs (of any kind) are allowed.

Q: Will There be Meet & Greet Opportunities at Audacy Beach Festival?

Q: What’s the bad weather policy?
A: Audacy Beach Festival will go on rain or shine! However, if there are severe weather circumstances, we may postpone, evacuate, or cancel the event.

Q: Can I park my boat in the ocean or anchor off-shore?
A: There will be NO boat anchoring offshore of the Audacy Beach Festival. There are protected coral reefs. Please if you are coming by boat, reach out to the local marinas for assistance with docking. The offshore area will be heavily patrolled to prevent boats from anchoring
