We believe everyone wants to live in a beautiful clean environment. We believe every person can make a difference. 

That’s why we believe in the power of 1Thing. Here are a few ways Audacy Beach Festival supports sustainability.

Audacy Beach Festival Nalgene Water Bottles will be for sale at the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation booth and a portion of those sales will aid in their efforts aimed at conserving the marine environment.

Did you know that nearly 7,000 trees were cleared in 2019 and used to make concert tickets around the world? The Audacy Beach Festival has gone to paperless ticketing this year along with planting a tree for each festival attendee through Conservation International.

Audacy Beach Festival is committing a portion of ticket sales to supporting clean energy and carbon fighting projects through REVERB’s Music Climate Revolution campaign. As a partner in this important effort, Audacy stands with artists including The Lumineers, AJR and many more in addressing the impact of Live Music on the planet and using the community of music makers and music lovers worldwide to push for positive solutions.

Please think twice before you purchase or use a plastic water bottle! Even if you chop them into tiny pieces they still take more than a human lifetime to decompose. At Audacy Beach Festival, we encourage attendees to bring empty, reusable water bottles with them to fill up at our touchless water stations. Forgot your reusable bottle? Water in aluminum cans will be for sale with our food vendors.

Ever wonder where all the excess food goes following a huge event? So did we! Audacy is teaming up with Faith Farm Ministries in South Florida to transport the food, immediately following the festival, to those in the area who really need it.

Audacy’s 1Thing Sustainability Initiative promotes positive environmental practices and living. We know that a corporation can have a big impact on the world, but beyond our own practices we know that one of Audacy’s greatest strengths is the reach we have to people all over the country through radio and the internet.

We also believe in the power of the individual. We know that if everyone did just 1Thing to improve the environment every day, our world would be a better place to live in. We would reap the benefits today, tomorrow, and for generations to come.

That’s why we created 1Thing.

No matter who you are, we know that doing 1Thing will lead to another, and another, and another. Whether it’s one person or a group or a corporation, all of those efforts multiply and have a greater effect. At some point in time, you look back, and realize how much better and greener the world is!
